The included back panel is great for “Welcome” word visibility if you have a busy wall or are hanging in free space. Back panel is brushed steel which creates nice contrast to the copper vein front piece.

Shipping Policy
Each piece is handcrafted for you.
Remember there is a few days of creating your piece before it goes to shipping.
We use USPS as our carrier. We have given you the option to choose your shipping time and rate.
Please Note:
A tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow it progress right through final delivery to your address. If you do not receive your order within two weeks, please reach out to us so that we can help you!
Shipping Delays
If there is a problem with delivery time - check the tracking. We cannot control shipping.
Contact us before order if you need expedited shipping.
Shipping Damage or not delivered
If there is damage - take pictures and save packing. Contact the shipper.
If the package has gone missing - Contact the shipper with your tracking.
If package does not arrive - contact the shipper with tracking information and file a report with shipper.
Returns / Wrong Address
We can NOT take responsibility of the product once it leaves our shop.
If a package is returned to us due to the wrong address being provided or non claimed delivery, we require an additional postage fee to be paid to resend the item to you.
Refund Policy
If Damaged (see shipping)
You may request for faulty or damaged item/s to be refunded. Please return the item (in its original packaging) within 3 business days from delivery of the item/s. Your refund will be processed once we confirm receipt of your returned item.
Change your mind - ordered but did not read description
We do not offer refund on items which you have already received but change your mind about or if you did not read description and therefore do not want based on information given.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend items that are lost or stolen in the mail. (contact the carrier)
You may request refund for faulty or damaged item/s to be refunded.
Please return the item (in its original packaging) within 3 business days from delivery of the item/s.
Your refund will be processed once we confirm receipt of your returned item.
If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

If for any reason you need to have an order cancelled, please contact us within 1 day. We need to acknowledge your request with a return email for this to be allowed. If we do not respond - we have not received your email.
